You don't want anyone looking over your shoulder when you register for Behind the Scenes or other events. And rightfully so. That's why we make sure we keep your personal information private.
Coolblue stores your personal information in a secured database. And that's where they stay. We'll only share your information with third parties who help with our events. And they stick to the rules too. Pinky promise. Your data won't be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
To process your registration as smoothly as possible, we need your information. What information we ask for and what we use it for can be found below. You can also see what your rights are, who has access to your data, and how long we'll store your information.
What do we want to know about you?
First and last name
Hi there, we're Coolblue. What's your name?
We'll call you if any information is unclear or Neither of us will lose any sleep that way.

Job and organization
Our events are open to everyone. To get a better view of our audience, we'd like to know what you do and at what organization.
We use your information for the following:
Notification We'll keep you up to date on our Tech Blogs and events like Behind the Scenes via email. We'll also send your participation confirmation via email. You can easily unsubscribe by sending us a reply via email.
Fraud prevention In a perfect world, we'd trust anything and everyone. And as much as we'd want to, this seems a bit naive. Sometimes we have to use people's information to investigate, prevent, and actively stop fraud. If you're really, really, acting suspiciously, we'll have to pass on your details to government authorities. We'd suggest to just: don't.
