In that case, you can't change your information online. Create a Coolblue account right now. You'll be able to see all your orders and returns online and change your information.


Forgot your password? Don't panic! It happens more often than you'd think. Click "Forgot your password" in the login window and enter your email address. You'll receive a new, temporary password. What if the money was transferred, but your order isn't visible in My Orders yet? No worries, we're processing your payment. Your order will be visible after that. This process can take up to one hour.

Was the money not transferred? In that case, the payment failed and you didn't lose any money. You can place your order again.


As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you the invoice attached to the shipping confirmation. You can also download the invoice in your order overview in My Coolblue. Did you just place an order? Wait until your order has been shipped. The invoice will be available afterwards.

Sometimes, it takes a little longer for our website to register a payment. It can take up to one hour before we receive payments. Check whether the money was transferred from your bank account.

  • What if the money was transferred, but you didn't receive anything yet? It's best to wait for a little while. Still didn't receive an order confirmation after one hour? The fastest way to help you is via email. Email us a screenshot of your bank statement showing the transaction number and we'll look up your payment.
  • Was the money not transferred? In that case, the payment failed. You can place your order again.
