Yes. If you choose delivery, your package will be delivered to your home.

We'll do everything we can to make our promise 'Ordered today, delivered tomorrow' happen. Due to the strict measures, the demand is larger than usual. This can delay some packages.

The delivery vans also fill up faster. As a result, it's not always possible to deliver your order tomorrow. When you place your order, you can see the available delivery times. Choose the one that suits you best.

Yes. The measures depend on who delivers your order and whether you've ordered installation services.

Small products
For small packages, the delivery driver will put the package at the door as soon as you open it and they will sign for the delivery. The delivery driver will ask you a question, so you can be sure that your order is delivered to you.

Large products with standard delivery
We deliver large products, such as washing machines and fridges, to just over the threshold of your house. We'll take your old product with us if it's ready at the doorstep of your house. Our delivery drivers wear face masks and will sign for the delivery themselves. We keep a distance of 1.5 meters and we ask you to do the same.

Large products with extra services
For some products, we offer extra installation services and we still carry those out. With extra safety measures, of course We'll explain what you can prepare for this in these videos:

Yes. For some products, it's possible to have these installed. You can select the additional installation services on the page of your chosen product or in your shopping cart.

Yes, our stores are open as usual. You can visit without an appointment for advice, returns or repairs, or to pick up an order.

Yes. Based on the most current information about the coronavirus, we determine if it's still safe. As soon as the situation changes and installation is no longer possible, we'll work with you to find a new date to install your solar panel(s).

Health issues Do you have any health issues yourself? Let us know. We'll make a new appointment for the installation together.

__ Buy solar panels and charging poles__ You can still buy solar panels and charging poles. Our advisers are still available to advise you on the best solar panel system for you. They do this remotely and from home.

Hygienic measures around the installation We've taken a number of measures for your safety and the safety of our installers. For example, we keep an appropriate distance and we no longer shake hands. Not as friendly, but much safer. We also keep our vans extra clean, of course.

Yes, you can. We'll send you an email when your product is repaired and ready for pickup.

Yes. Indicate that you want to pick up your package at a PostNL point when you place the order. Then, choose a PostNL point in your area. After paying for your order online, you can pick it up the following work day from 15:00. Your order will be ready for you until 14 days after the indicated pickup date.

You can't pick up unreleased pre-orders at a PostNL point. This also applies to large appliances like white goods or larger TVs. We'll notify you in your shopping cart, of course.

Yes, you can simply order your product online and pick it up right away if it's in stock. Is the product not in stock in a store near you? You can order it and pick it up the next day.

Yes, you can drop off your product in one of our stores. You don't have to register your return in advance and you don't have to print anything.

Good to know: We'll refund the amount to your bank account. We can't refund you in cash.
