We'll deliver your new appliance for free, but sometimes you want more. Having your product built in, your fridge door reversed, or your new washing machine connected to a pull switch, for example. If you can't do it yourself, we'll arrange it for you. Do you want to use our extra services? Order them alongside the appliance on the product page. When it comes to build-in service, you can expect the following from us:
We don't think you should have to lug your products around. That's why we deliver all products for free. We offer even more services on most of our white goods and kitchen appliances: a large part of these products will be put down and unwrapped exactly where you want them. A number of products will also be connected to a standard socket, supply pipe, and drain for free. If we unpack your product, we'll take all the packaging material with us as well.

For smaller white goods and kitchen appliances, our standard delivery options always apply. You can pick up these appliances yourself or have them delivered on appointment when it suits you best.
Select what day you want to have your order delivered when you place an order. You can choose a delivery option that suits you best, for example the morning, afternoon, and evening. These options aren't free of charge. You can also select the entire day. This option is free of charge.
Yes, it's possible to choose a time slot that suits you best for some products. Check your shopping cart to see the delivery options for your product.
We deliver white goods between 7:30 and 22:00 from Monday to Saturday, and between 9:00 and 17:00 on Sunday. You'll receive an email with an order confirmation with a Track & Trace code that allows you to track your order. You'll also receive a 1-hour time slot via email before 2:00 the night before the delivery. Our delivery driver will call you 15 minutes before arrival.
