You can return your Second Chance product within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The product should be in the same condition as when you received it. Did your product break after 30 days? We'll simply offer you the 2 year warranty that you're used to.

You can easily and quickly register your product via the online return form.


Unfortunately, cashbacks don't apply to Second Chance products.

Large products We deliver large products up to the threshold that gives access to your home. Isn't that on the ground floor? We'll deliver the product up to the fourth floor if there are stairs. If your building has an elevator, we can reach any floor. We offer an extra connection service for a number of white goods products. The price for this service ranges from € 9.95 to € 29.95.

Pickup in store Unfortunately, it's not possible to pick up your Second Chance product in store.

You can easily cancel it in My Coolblue. You can only cancel if your order hasn't left the warehouse yet. Was your order already shipped? You can refuse it at the door or return it for free via the online return form.

Did you order something that was sent to an incorrect address and haven't received a shipping confirmation yet? Tell our Customer Service. We'll check whether we can still change the address of the shipment. If you're moving, you can easily change your address in your Coolblue account.


We try to give returned products a second chance as often as we can. This also benefits you. The returned products are checked and then sold as Second Chance products, with a nice discount. Good for you, good for us, and good for the environment.

Ordering a Second Chance product is almost the same as ordering a new product. Ordered before 23:59, delivered tomorrow also applies here.
