It's possible that your order hasn't been shipped yet. You'll receive your invoice with your shipping confirmation. You'll receive this in your email no later than the night before delivery.

Was your package already shipped? Check whether your invoice is in My Coolblue, under 'My Orders'. If your order isn't listed here, please contact Customer Service.


As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you the invoice attached to the shipping confirmation. You can also download the invoice in your order overview in My Coolblue. Did you just place an order? Wait until your order has been shipped. The invoice will be available afterwards.
