Oh no! That's not supposed to happen. Has the amount been taken out of your account multiple times even though you only placed one order? You'll get your money back as soon as possible, of course. The money should be back within 3 days. Promise.


We always check credit card payments for fraud. We think it's important to protect our customers from fraudulent payments.


Due to the fraud sensitivity, all payments made with a credit card are checked for fraud. This is done based on a large number of criteria and is an automated process. Was your payment declined unjustly? Unfortunately, we can't tell you why. We don't suspect you're committing fraud, of course, but we have to keep our payment check methods a secret. Unfortunately, we can't reverse a rejected payment.

Your order is canceled automatically and the reservation will lapse after 3 working days. Do you still want to receive your order? Order again and select a different payment method.


Check whether the money was transferred.

  • Because our payment platform is busy, a payment can sometimes get delayed. Still didn't receive an order confirmation after one hour? The fastest way to help you is via email or WhatsApp. Send us a screenshot of your bank statement showing the transaction number via email of WhatsApp us via 06 26652583. We'll send you the order confirmation.
  • Make sure to also check your spam inbox, sometimes the order confirmation ends up there.
  • Was the money not transferred? In that case, the payment failed. You can place your order again. We don't process orders without a successful payment, so you don't have to worry about receiving two orders.

Sometimes, it takes a little longer for our website to register a payment. It can take up to one hour before we receive payments. Check whether the money was transferred from your bank account.

  • What if the money was transferred, but you didn't receive anything yet? It's best to wait for a little while. Still didn't receive an order confirmation after one hour? The fastest way to help you is via email or WhatsApp. Send us a screenshot of your bank statement showing the transaction number via email or send a WhatsApp to 06 26652583. We'll look up your payment and send your an order confirmation.
  • Was the money not transferred? In that case, the payment failed. You can place your order again. We don't process orders without a successful payment, so you don't have to worry about receiving two orders.
