We'll refund you with the payment method you used. Did you use a voucher, gift card, EcoCheque, or shop credit? We'll refund you in shop credit. You'll receive a confirmation email once the money has been transferred or when the shop credit is available.


As soon as we've processed your cancellation, we'll refund you. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your bank account depends on you payment method.

  • iDEAL & Apple Pay: within 3 working days
  • Credit card: the reservation is cancelled after 3 days
  • Pre-payment: you don't have to pay anymore. Did you already pay the amount? We'll refund it 3 working days after we receive it.
