You don't have to cancel your return. Your return automatically expires if you don't send it within 14 days after registration. Want to change your return? Please contact our Customer Service.


Don't have a printer? Write the return number and the return address on the box yourself. Use the freepost number or the address on the shipping label for the address. That way, shipping is free.


It can take some time before you receive your labels. During Customer Service opening hours, you'll receive a shipping label via email within 1 hour after requesting your return. Still didn't receive any shipping labels after that? Please contact our Customer Service.


Some products are exceptions. Of course, you understand that you can not return the following products:

  1. Software with a broken seal. This means you can't return the latest FIFA after you installed it and played a quick match.
  2. Vouchers, gift cards, or gift vouchers. Even if you haven't used them yet.

We can't refund you for services performed by postal workers or installers either. These include:

  1. Installation and build-in costs.
  2. Redeemed vouchers for build-in and/or installation.
  3. Costs for special shipping options like Coolblue VandaagNog®, Goedemorgen®, and time slot delivery.

Returning your product is free. You have 30 days to decide whether you want to exchange your product or if you'd rather get a refund.

  1. Register your return via the online return form or return it in one of our stores.
  2. Use sturdy packaging to pack up the product. Print the shipping label or write the freepost number on the box. You can find it in the email we sent you.
  3. Deliver your package to a post office. Returning a package is free! You can also hand your product over to the PostNL postal worker.
  4. As soon as your product has reached our warehouse, we'll get to work. We'll ship your exchange product on the same day we received your return package. Want your money back? The money will be transferred to your bank account 3 working days.

Is your product heavier than 30 kilograms and/or larger than 175x78x55 centimeters? We'll come by to pick up the product for free.

Register your return via the online return form and we'll let you know right away if you have to send it yourself or whether we come by to pick it up. The delivery drivers can come to pick up your product the next day. The service we offered for your delivered order also goes for pickups. We'll carry the product out of your house, even from the fourth floor. Be sure to disconnect your appliance and remove all liquids. Do you want us to stop by another day? Please contact our Customer Service.

It can take up to five days after pickup for your product to arrive at Coolblue, and we'll make sure you have your money back in a maximum of 3 days after reception. Waiting for a new product? As soon as your old one has reached our warehouse, we'll ship a new one.


As soon as we get to work with your package in our warehouse, we'll send you a confirmation via email. You can also see the status of your order in My Coolblue. It's possible that your product has arrived at our warehouse according to the Track & Trace information, but you haven't received a reception confirmation yet. Don't worry, it can take up to 24 hours before we start processing your return. After that, we'll process your return. We'll keep your preferred solution in mind. We'll keep you updated via email.

Did you return your package over 3 days ago and still haven't heard anything? Please contact our Customer Service.


Check out our store locations. You don't have to register your return online if you want to return it in store. You don't have to print anything either. Want your money back? We can pay back amounts under € 30 in the store right away. Larger amounts will be refunded within 3 working days.

It's possible to exchange your product if you'd rather do that, but make sure to reserve your product by ordering it and having it shipped to the store. You won't have to pay for the reservation.


  • You can register your return up to 30 days after you've received your product.
  • After that, you'll get another 14 days to return your product for free.
  • We'd prefer the return to be in its original condition and packaging (if possible). Feel free to have a look at the product, like you would in a store. For example: take a pan from the box and have a good look at it, but don't cook anything with it.
  • After 30 days, it's no longer possible to return a product. You do always have two years of warranty on your product.

Did you use your product just too much? You won't be stuck with it. We'll look at the condition of your returned product and determine what the decreased value is based on that
