Register repair

This depends on the specific product. We offer different solutions for small products and large products.

  • Most products can be returned to us. Pack up the product and send it to us via a PostNL point in your area for free or go to one of our stores.
  • In case you want to have a large product repaired, such as white goods, a technician will come so your appliance doesn't have to be moved.

Do you want to know if a technician is going to come by? We'll always let you know via email after your product has been registered. In addition, you can find out what type of warranty you have on the product page of your product, under "specifications". Does it say "On-site service"? A technician will come by.


Yes, but you'll have to pay. We'll examine your product and make a quote. Based on that, you can choose whether you want it repaired or not.

You can turn to us for your repair both inside and outside the factory warranty. Once your warranty expires, you have to pay for the repair.

  • Did your product break within 30 days of purchase? You can get a refund or exchange your product for a new one;
  • Did your product break after 30 days with normal use and within the warranty period? In that case, it's a manufacturing defect and the repair is completely free of charge.
  • You can also ask us to repair products outside the factory warranty. You'll have to pay for those repairs, though. We'll examine your product and make a quote. Based on that, you can choose whether you want your product repaired or not.

If your product no longer works properly due to how you used it. If you throw coffee over your laptop and the screen goes black, for example. If your product breaks within the warranty period and it's a manufacturing defect, the repairs are completely free.

Even if the defect is your own fault, we can help you. You'll have to pay in that case, though. We can't indicate the costs in advance. We'll examine your product, make a quote, and wait for your decision before we start the repair.

We also offer a 30-day return window on Second Chance products. Outside of 30 days, we offer you the 2 year warranty that you're used to.

You'll receive at least a 2-year on manufacturing defects on all products. Your product shouldn't break during the first 2 years with normal use.

The warranty type indicates how your product will be repaired. We have two types of warranty:

  • Carry-in. We ask you to send us your broken product. After that, your product will be repaired by the repair service appointed by the supplier or manufacturer.
  • On-site service. In the case of larger product, the repair service of the manufacturer will come by your house.

The warranty type is indicated on the product page between the specifications of your product.

Don't have a printer? Write the return address, return number, and your name on a piece of paper and stick it to the box. Shipping is free that way. You can find your return number in the return confirmation email. Use as return address:

You probably understand that you can't return the following products:

  • Software with a broken seal. That means you can't return the latest FIFA after you've installed it and played a quick match.
  • Digital activation codes, for example for Microsoft Office.
  • Vouchers, gift cards, and credit. Even if you haven't used them yet.
  • Cartridges and toners with the protection and foil removed.

We can't refund you for services performed by postal workers or installers either. These include:

  • Installation and build-in costs.
  • Redeemed vouchers for build-in and/or installation.
  • Costs for special shipping options like Coolblue VandaagNog® and time slot delivery.

We repair Apple, Samsung, and Huawei smartphones and tablets ourselves in one of our stores.

For other products, we work together with external repair services. In most cases, large products such as white goods and larger TVs are repaired at your home.
