Use a sturdy box. This doesn't have to be the original packaging. You can often get a free box at the supermarket, or buy a box at the post office.

Print your shipping label or write the freepost and return number on the box. You can find them in the email that you've received from us.


In case of repairs, we often have to remove all data from your device. Make sure you're prepared.

-Create a backup of the data you don't want to lose.

  • Delete accounts from your device by returning it to the factory settings. You can read how to do this on the information page.
  • Turn off 'Find my iPhone'. Otherwise, we're not allowed to repair your product.
  • Remove your SIM from your phone or your SD card from your camera.

No, this isn't necessary for a repair. You can send your product in a different box.


We'll send you your shipping label via email one hour after you've registered your repair. Print it out and stick it on the box. Don't have a printer? Write the return number, freepost number, and your name on the box.


No, it's free. You can put your product in its original packaging and send it to us in a Coolblue box or other sturdy box that you can close properly.
