We'll always keep you informed about your repair. You'll hear from us at least once a week. Keep an eye on your email inbox, including the spam folder. If a repair service is scheduled, they'll contact you.


You can find out what type of warranty you have on the product page of your product, under "specifications". Does it say "On-site service"? A technician will come by.

Go through the following steps:

  1. Register your repair via the online return form. A technician will contact you within 48 hours to make an appointment.
  2. Be prepared: the manufacturer may need some more information about your product. Have serial number, error code, and other relevant information ready.
  3. Open the door for the technician on the agreed date.
