If your product no longer works properly due to how you used it. If you throw coffee over your laptop and the screen goes black, for example. If you want to have user damage repaired, you'll have to pay. We'll examine your product and make a quote. Based on that, you can choose whether you want it repaired or not.

You'll have a warranty of at least 2 years on manufacturing defects. Your product shouldn't break during normal use during the first 2 years. If this does happen, we'll repair or replace your product free of charge.


You probably understand that you can't return the following products:

  • Software with a broken seal. That means you can't return the latest FIFA after you've installed it and played a quick match.
  • Vouchers, gift cards, or store credit. Even if you haven't used it yet.

We can't refund you for services performed by postal workers or installers either. These include:

  • Installation and build-in costs.
  • Redeemed vouchers for build-in and/or installation.
  • Costs for special shipping options like Coolblue VandaagNog® and time slot delivery.

You can turn to us for your repair both inside and outside the factory warranty. Once your warranty expires, you have to pay for the repair.

  • Did your product break within 30 days of purchase? You can get a refund or exchange your product for a new one;
  • Did your product break after 30 days with normal use and within the warranty period? In that case, it's a manufacturing defect and the repair is completely free of charge. We'll make sure the repair won't take more than 3 weeks;
  • You can also ask us to repair products outside the factory warranty. You'll have to pay for those repairs, though. We'll examine your product and make a quote. Based on that, you can choose whether you want your product repaired or not.

Go to the product page of your product. In the specifications, you can find what type of warranty you have and how long the warranty lasts. We have 2 types of warranties:

  • Carry in . We ask you to send us your broken product. The product will be repaired by a repair service appointed by the manufacturer;
  • On-site service . The manufacturer's repair service comes to your home to repair large products.

Yes, but we have to check if the part works. Sometimes, we can only to that if we have the entire product. If you send us a part, we might ask you to send the entire product later. Do you want to prevent this? Send us the complete product, to be sure. You can easily and quickly register your product via the online return form.


We'll solve it for you, of course. Fill out the return form within 30 days, where you can indicate that your product is damaged and you want a replacement product.

We'll pick up large and heavy products, of course. Returns are always free.
