You won’t have to tell us a story twice. We’ve developed a photographic memory over the years. By which we mean we just write down what you said the first time. Ahem. To process your question or complaint, we could ask for your order number, name, email address, phone number, and other details which will make the process easier.
To make our service a little bit better every day, we analyse all moments of contact. For example, by recording a phone conversation with you for training purposes. We’ll of course let you know in advance, so you’ll have time to warm up your vocal cords. We won’t save the recordings for longer than 30 days.
