Would you rather not buy a product but only use it? That is possible. You can rent some products from us for a monthly fee. In the terms and conditions of the subscription you will find more information about the amount of the reimbursement, duration, use and whether you qualify for this. If you do not pay on time, we can in some cases remotely disable or block the product. We never look at your private data stored in the product.
Before we rent a product to you, we let an external party test whether you are creditworthy. Based on this information, we decide whether we want to proceed. We only mention that we have checked your creditworthiness, nothing else. If you want more insight into the credit test yourself, you need to contact the external party.
What do we want to know from you?
Hi there, we’re Coolblue. What’s your name? We need this information to test your creditworthiness.
It would be nice if you actually received your order. Preferably where you live. With the right address, we’ll be able to deliver your order with lightning speed. Or at least at the maximum speed limit on the highway. We also need this information to test your creditworthiness.
We use your phone number to send you a text once the delivery of some of your products are almost there. We’ll give you a call in case something’s unclear. Sometimes we give you a call to check if everything went well with the delivery. But that’s pretty much it. You won’t have to expect any random calls from us. We also need this information to test your creditworthiness.
You will receive an e-mail with your contract to which you must agree by e-mail. In some cases you will receive a separate mail about the delivery / collection agreement or installation, because we want to know that you are at home. We can also use this information to test your creditworthiness.
