Use the WMF Ceradur Profi Frying Pan 24cm to prepare fish or meat, and burnt food is a thing of the past from now on. This frying pan is made of high-grade stainless steel and has a thick TransTherm bottom for adequate heat distribution. As a result, the non-stick coating can be heated up to 400 °C. Ideal for quickly searing a piece of meat, but also for the preparation of more delicate food, such as king prawns or pancakes. The pan can be used on any heat source, including induction. Clean the pan by hand after use and it will remain in top condition.
