The French Diamond Sabatier has been inspired by the Far East for the knives from the Riyouri series. The strong, high-alloy steel is ground in a razor-sharp Japanese sharpening angle. The Riyouri knives have a completely stainless steel design with a seamless finish, and are therefore particularly hygienic in use. The stainless steel handle also provides a firm grip with the anti-slip dimples. This Diamond Sabatier Riyouri Meat Cleaver has a long, narrow blade. This ensures good maneuverability and control, and makes the knife well suited for quickly cutting larger pieces of meat.
