With the Kenwood KM287 Prospero, you have all the accessories within reach to get started as an amateur chef. Besides the mixing accessories for batter and dough, you also have different methods to prepare juices. You can, for example, use the citrus press attachment to squeeze juice out of oranges, and you can make fresh juices with the pitcher and the juice extractor. With the meat grinder, you can make minced meat to which you can add herbs that you've ground in the mini food chopper. The food processor allows you to slice and grate large quantities of vegetables and fruit for a refreshing salad in 1 go. "Voelt goedkoop en doet niet precies wat het moet doen"

Con:Randen van de rvs schaal worden niet goed bereikt waardoor de mix aan de randen blijft zitten

Con:Mixer draait altijd, ook bij gebruik van de andere hulpstukken

Vooral omdat hij niet doet wat ik wil. Bij het eerste gebruik merk ik direct dat de opzetstukken uit de mixer net niet de rand halen van de schaal. Hierdoor blijft een groot deel van mijn taartmix aan de rvs schaal plakken en moet ik de mix alsnog met de hand mixen. Verder zijn de opzetstukken plastic en heb ik het idee dat het snel kapot zal gaan.
