The ATAG ZX6511C is a very spacious oven with an adjustable temperature between 30 and 275 degrees. This means you won't just be able to make home-made pizzas with a crispy base, but also keep your dishes warm or slow-cook meals, which involves cooking meat at a lower temperature. It might take longer to prepare, but it'll also preserve flavors and vitamins. You can set the temperature with 5-degree increments, so you'll be sure that your rolled roast, chicken, or turkey is prepared properly. When the oven needs to be cleaned, select the pyrolysis cleaning program. This will heat up the oven to very high temperatures, burning all the dirt in the oven. When it's done, all you have to do is sweep the ash from the oven.
