The FoodSaver Portion Pouch Foil rolls 28x480 cm consists of a roll with foil bags that are suitable for small and large portions. Thanks to the tear-off edge, you can easily tear the bags through the middle for smaller portions. Use the foil bags with your FoodSaver vacuum machine. It works simply, lay ingredients such as fish, meat or fruit between the two layers of foil. Place the end in the vacuum machine and suck the air out of the bag. Then seal the bag hermetically to keep all the air out of the bag, but liquids in it. The contents of the bag do not dry out in the Portion Pouch, but it stays fresh up to 5 times longer than if you keep it in the fridge.
