The Bosch PKG775FP1E has 2 flexible cooking zones, so you can choose to only use the inner cooking surface or increase the zone up until the outer ring. The entire bottom of the pan will be properly heated this way, without wasting power when you just have a small pan on the cooktop. On top of that, you won't run the risk of burning your fingers on a hot cooking surface sticking out from under the pan. The 2 flexible zones feature a boost function, which allows you to bring water to the boil in no time. Add your spaghetti and set the cooking time with the timer. You can lock the settings, so that they can't be changed during the cooking process.
Note: the required 5-pin Perilex connector is not included. Make sure to order it separately. The connector has to be connected to the cooktop by an electrician, because the connector of each outlet is different.
You can select the Backup Plan below in your shopping cart. It will protect your brand new freestanding cooktop against damage.
