The LG FH4J5TN8 has a load capacity of 8 kilograms and is therefore suitable for households of 3 to 4 people. It has an A+++-30% energy label, which means it's 30% more energy-efficient than A+++. Thanks to load recognition, the washing machine always knows how much laundry you put in the drum. The washing machine adapts its washing cycle accordingly, so you'll know for sure that you aren't washing too long or using too much power or water. The washing machine 14 washing programs, such as cycles for cotton, dark laundry, and fur blankets. And thanks to the night cycle setting, you won't have to worry about waking someone up. Via the app, you can see exactly how long it will take for the cycle to finish.

Pros:Very quiet. I have it in the basement and can't hear it run at all.

Pros:Clothes come out fairly dry so my dryer can dry it out quickly

Con:Can't create a favorite program and store it for future use. I had a Samsung before and this feature was very useful as all I had to do was load clothes and select 'my cycle'
Has 8 kg load , so can fit the weeks laundry in one go for a small family.
All in all the washing quality appears to be good so far. I like the simple interface and plenty of options to choose from. You can even download a wash program using the lg Smartthinq app if you phone has NFC tag support.

Bought for a relative and have seen the quality of the wash compared to my old samsung with diamond drum and direct drive. Very impressed. Will probably buy this one for myself soon.
