bought to replace an existing installation (also wireless) that had reached its lifespan (10 years = replaced). If you don't have five thumbs on each hand, you can place this system effortlessly. Transferring is easy, the smoke test (by means of a just blown out candle) was positive (alarm does not go off too fast and not too slow). So far had no problems with the only negative point I found on the internet : do not place in the kitchen or bathroom, can react to water vapor; we have no problems with this, but of course do not install near cooking plates or a shower! Now we have to wait and see whether the battery will actually last ten years (I have read comments with other brands about batteries that already gave up after ONE year/three years, with the Fire Angel I don't read this anywhere).
