With the Moog Grandmother you create synthesizer sounds that generate the same sound as the old Moog modules. For example, the oscillators are based on those of the Minimoog and the filter comes from the Moog 904 module. You create sounds that you can not make with a traditional synthesizer thanks to the semi modular structure. With patch cables you connect the different modules together. This is how you create new connections in the circuit. This results in experimental results. Think of powerful bass lines, melodies and percussion sounds. You can create rhythms and melodies in no time. You do this by setting the built-in sequencer or arpeggiator.
