With the Roner Clip Sous Vide Stick you cook a vacuum-packed piece of meat or fish at a low temperature. By cooking it in this way you prevent dehydration and a piece of meat stays nice and juicy and tasteful. The sous vide stick is fixed to the edge of a water-filled pan. Choose the desired temperature up to 90ºC, depending on the type of dish you make. With the timer you can easily set the cooking time. So you do not have to worry about this anymore and in the meantime you continue with the rest of the dish. After use, clean the sous vide by hand.
