    Scott Guymer | 2 October 2019

    • Pros:
      Easy to power with PoE
    • Pros:
      Managed features
    • Pros:
Can power an AP with PoE passthrough
    • Pros:
      Quiet
    • Con:
      Expensive

Setup was easy with an existing UniFi installation. Not recommended for novices or someone who will not get the value from the managed features or the PoE

Good product with a lot of features that offer autonomy.
    • Pros:
Easy Instalation and configuration if you use Unifi management Software.
    • Con:
requires a separate VM to run the management server or a cloud key module which adds +100E on your spending bill.

I have installed it in the meterkast. i can see that the Unifi product line generates more heat.

Great pro-sumer unit especially if you have POE devices
    • Pros:
      Well built and looks great.
    • Pros:
      Great for powering multiple APs
    • Pros:
      Lots of options
    • Con:
The unit mounts to the wall but the power supply doesn't..
    • Con:
      Not a true consumer device

Great Switch that has replaced a couple of POE injectors and allowed me to increase the number of APs in the network

Installs pretty easily and gives a good overview of the network when paired with a cloudkey.

Mounted to the wall in the cupboard pretty easily and looks great.
