The Sonsgson Groovetech Santoku Knife 18cm is a knife with 2 functions. Thanks to the sharp tip, it's easy to do precision work, but the wide blade also makes this knife suitable for coarse chopping. You can effortlessly chop a pumpkin into small pieces. The notches in the blade are eye catchers, but they're there for a reason. The notches ensure that ingredients don't stick to the knife. That's useful if want to cut sushi, for example. The sticky rice will stay in the seaweed, like it's supposed to. The black handle is made of rubber. This gives you good grip when cutting, even if the handle is wet or greasy. Don't put the knives in the dishwasher after use, as it's better to wash them by hand.
