This bundle includes 2 WD Red WD80EFAX 8TB drives. This is a 3.5-inch internal hard drive suitable for a NAS in small companies and at home. With this bundle, you provide the NAS with 16TB of storage space in RAID 0 and 8TB in RAID 1 setup. The WD Red is more silent and durable thanks to the built-in anti-vibration sensors. This drive works faster (7200RPM) when you write a lot of data and it works slower (5400RPM) when you don't use the NAS. In addition, the drive removes the read/write head from the disk surface as soon as you stop processing files. This way, it wears less quickly and your drive is more durable.
