Fitbit tech support not very helpful.
It's a fitness watch, but Fitbit don't make a gym app with gym routines in. Their range of apps by partner companies includes Genius fitness apps, I saw before I bought, but after purchasing and trying to install them, and after emailing tech support a lot, I found out that they're not compatible yet.
Also, Philips Hue is not yet compatible with Versa 3 - I have a medical problem involving insomnia, so I use Philips Hue to set lighting synced to the day-night cycle outside, and it's quite important to me, so I was disappointed that Versa 3 is not yet compatible, although I'd seen in the advertising that Philips Hue works with Fitbit smartwatches - but only some of the older ones, and with the new Sense now.
Why would you release a fitness watch, almost top of the range, at a top price, with no gym app included, and the only gym apps available on Fitbit are not compatible with this device yet, and as tech support reply like as if that was an unreasonable expectation for it to work as advertised immediately after setup, unless you want to p*ss off your customers?!
I returned this one and ordered a second-chance Sense, but then got another email from Fitbit tech support that only the Genius workout app (which has almost just the same functions as the Fitbit Exercise app) is compatible with Sense so far.
