Get everything you need for a nice barbecue with the The Bastard Urban Large Solo Complete Pack. On the spacious surface, you can grill for 9 people at the same time. Adjust the rack height for different barbecue settings. With the half moon racks on the Advanced Cooking System, you can prepare 2 dishes at the same time. Use the charcoal basket for an even and slow burn. With the disc on top, you can regulate the airflow and easily adjust the temperature. The grill rack provides more cooking options and has space for accessories. You receive a thermometer to measure the temperature of your dishes with. With the included tools, you can easily turn over and move the meat.

Impressive kamado, good size for making a variety of dishes. Feels solid on all sides. I have now pre-fired it twice, but I am already impressed how well the heat is retained. Adjusting to the correct temperature takes some getting used to, partly due to the fact that you only see something happen a few minutes after changing the valves. Once too hot it is difficult to cool down.
