Working closely with development teams and stakeholders, you’ll enhance our data systems and internal tools. You'll define the product vision and roadmap, motivating your colleagues to achieve tangible goals.
What does a Product Owner Data Platforms at Coolblue do?
As a Data Product Owner, you take ownership of a product that helps users get the most out of data. Within a multidisciplinary Scrum team, you work closely with Data Platform Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Analysts and other Product Owners. Together, you turn ideas into improvements. You set priorities, break them down into clear and manageable pieces, and guide your development team to build what matters most. At the same time, you present your vision and roadmap for the coming quarters to the executive team. You understand how modern solutions are implemented in cloud environments. You also collaborate with teams focused on platform management, which means being familiar with and genuinely interested in concepts like data governance and data management.

- Stakeholder management: ensuring the best results within your domain.

You recognize yourself in the following

A university degree completed and able to put that knowledge into practice.

At least 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner leading multiple development teams.

Living in the Netherlands and comfortable working both remote and on-site.

Strong in communication and quick to build trust with stakeholders and your team.

Skilled in tools like Airflow, dbt or BigQuery on a modern data platform.

Quick to get to the core of a data question by asking the right questions.
This is what you’re looking for in a job

A starting salary between €4,000 and €4,700 gross per month. The exact amount depends on your experience and the match with the role. We use a starting scale if you are still growing into the job and a growth scale if you already meet most expectations.
