How do you automatically settle the charging costs of your charging station?

Do you want to settle your charging costs automatically, like with your employer? Let us know during the advice appointment or contact us, so we can set this up for you. We'll settle your charging costs per month and automatically send an invoice to your employer. You need:

• A charging station business package.
• A charge card from a different supplier. You can also choose to settle the costs with a charging station private package. You can review your charging sessions via My Coolblue, so you can settle the costs yourself.

For a business package, you pay a fixed amount per month. In addition to settling your costs automatically with this package, you'll have even more benefits. For example, you'll have easy access to your invoices and charging sessions. You can also settle costs with guest chargers, like your neighbors or family members. And, set a different charging rate for yourself

You need a charge card from a different supplier as well for automatic settlement. If you use this to charge your car, we call this business charging. In this case, you can't use the Coolbue Charge Card that's included with the installation of your charging station. You'll only use this card as a key for the charging station.
