How do I get the discount?
You get access to the Energy Deals right away when you switch to Coolblue Energy. When you log in to coolblue.nl/en, you can see an overview page of all Energy Deals. You can also see the discount on the product pages and it'll be settled automatically in your shopping cart. So you can start shopping right away.
Do I have access to the discount right away?
For sure. When you take out an energy contract with us, you get access to all Energy Deals right away. Even when your energy contract doesn't start for a few months.
How often do I get a discount?
You receive the discount per product and as long as you're an energy customer.
What's the difference with a cashback?
A cashback is a one-time amount that you get on your bank account within 4 weeks after we start supplying energy to you. Energy Deals are discounts in our store that you can always use. That's a double discount.
Can I switch now?
Yes, you can do so up to 12 months in advance. That way, you already get a discount with the Energy Deals. Even before your new energy contract starts. Have a fixed contract? Ask your current supplier if there's a cancellation fee. This might sound scary, but the amount doesn't have to be high.
