Your meter readings and the payment. We'll read your meter readings in advance or request them from you via email. You'll do the first payment via a payment link in your inbox.

When do you start the energy supply?
You can find the start date in your contract. We'll start supplying at least 24 days after your registration
Can I change the start date of my contract?
Yes, this is possible if the date is at least 24 days after your registration. But make sure that the start date always starts after your old contract expires. This way, you'll avoid a fine from your old energy supplier.
How's my installment amount calculated?
We'll look at the consumption at your address of the past years. We'll request this information from the network operator. Based on that consumption, we'll determine your installment amount.
When will I receive my CoolblueCredit?
You'll receive your CoolblueCredit within 4 months after we start supplying your energy. We'll make sure the first 2 payments were successful first.
How do I use my CoolblueCredit?
First log in with your Coolblue Account. Then choose the product and add it to your shopping cart. The discount is automatically deducted when you pay. You don't have to use your CoolblueCredit in one go and it's valid for 12 months.
How do I change my information?
