What warranties do you get on Coolblue charging stations?

You get a standard 5-year warranty on our BlueBuilt charging stations. This means you're insured for a repair or a replacement charging station. Coolblue Energy will remain your only point of contact. That way, you don't have to call any other parties. We're happy to help even after these 5 years.

The installation of your charging station falls under the installation warranty. For example, if a cable isn't right or the charging station doesn't charge properly. At Coolblue Energy, this warranty is 2 years. Are our installers coming by to do a repair or replacement? You won't have to pay the call-out costs.

Our assortment consists of BlueBuilt charging stations. This is our own Coolblue Energy brand. We design these charging stations based on product data, customer feedback, and our own product knowledge. That way, you can quickly charge with 22kW and the models are prepared for bidirectional charging.
