How fast can I charge my Tesla via a charging station?
You can calculate this with a simple calculation: divide the power of the battery by the power of the charging station. Example Let's say your car has a 55kWh battery and the charging station has 11kW power. It then takes about 5 hours (55kWh / 11kW = 5 h) before a completely empty battery is fully charged again. Your fuse box must have the power to charge 11kW. A 1-phase fuse box can generally supply up to 3.7kW per group. For 11kW charging, you need a 3-phase fuse box.
