Which conditions do I have to meet?
It's important that you have a white goods subscription at Coolblue and an energy contract at Coolblue Energy.
What if I still have an ongoing energy contract with a different supplier?
If your current energy contract ends within half a year, you can already switch. You can plan your start date up to 6 months in advance. That way, you won't miss out on this promotion and you don't have to pay a cancellation fee.
Where can I find the monthly discount?
We'll settle the monthly discount in your fixed supply costs. You won't see this discount separately on this invoice, it has already been settled.
Example: do you have an energy contract? You'll see an amount of € 2.50 at the fixed supply costs.
How does it work if I cancel one of the contracts?
Do you cancel your white goods subscription? You'll still receive the monthly discount. The discount is valid as long as your energy contract is in effect. Do you cancel your energy contract? The discount will stop.
What if I don't have a white goods subscription?
After your registration, we check whether you have a white goods subscription. Don't you have one? That means you don't qualify for the discount. We'll contact you.
Do I get a € 5 or € 10 discount?
You'll get a € 5 discount on energy and a € 5 discount on gas. Do you get energy and gas? That means you'll receive a € 10 discount every month.
