You're eligible if:

  • you've bought a suitable dishwasher in the past 3 months
  • you've taken out an energy contract at Coolblue Energy in the past 3 months

Just bought a new dishwasher, but can't switch yet? No problem. You can already take out a contract that starts up to 6 months later. You'll start paying once it starts.

Already a Coolblue Energy customer? You're eligible if you took out an energy contract with us in the past 3 months.

This is how you receive your credit and order free dishwasher tabs.

Step 1: connect your device

Connect your appliance directly in the Coolblue App after you've taken out the contract.

Step 2: receive your credit

Once you connect, you'll automatically receive your credit for your free dishwasher tabs. You can find your credit in your Coolblue account. We'll also send you a confirmation email.

Step 3: Order your dishwasher tabs

With the credit in your Coolblue account, you can order 264 dishwasher tabs. That's enough for 1 year Free Dishwashing.

  • With your credit, you can order 4 packs.

Am I eligible for free dishwasher tabs?

You're eligible if you've bough a suitable dishwasher in the past 3 months and have taken out an energy contract at Coolblue Energy in the past 3 months.

Can I participate if my energy contract doesn't start right away?

Yes. Can't you switch right away? You can already take out an energy contract with a start date within 6 months. You can take out your contract already, but will only pay from the start date. Until that time, you stay a customer of your current energy supplier. You receive your credit for the dishwasher tabs as soon as your Coolblue Energy contract starts.

How do I order my free dishwasher tabs?

First, you connect your dishwasher in the Coolblue app. After that, your credit is in your Coolblue account to order the dishwasher tabs. You can order 264 dishwasher tabs in total. Note: this only applies for the 66-unit packs. You can order that 4 times. We'll automatically deduct the discount in your shopping cart.

You'll receive 264 dishwasher tabs total. You can order them as 4 packs of 66 units. That's enough for about 1 year of Free Dishwashing.
