This is a warranty fund that helps customers when their solar panel company fails to meet their obligations, like when they go bankrupt. Suppliers join this fund, so their customers have the following advantages:

• Deposit warranty
• Manufacturer's warranty
• Dispute settlement

With the deposit warranty, your deposit for the solar panels is insured. This is important when the installation company goes bankrupt before installation, for example. In that case, SGZE will pay you back 30% of the deposit up to € 3000. The difference at Coolblue Energy is that we request a € 200 deposit, so we can buy the materials in advance. This is about 5% of the entire amount. You always pay the other 95% after installation. Coolblue Energy is also part of Coolblue, which has existed since 1999 and grows every year. This way, we can offer you security and warranty for your solar panels.

With the manufacturer's warranty, SGZE helps out when the installer goes bankrupt after the installation of your solar panels. That way, you still have a right to your product warranty or installation warranty. At Coolblue Energy, we work together with reliable and certified suppliers that give you a standard product warranty on your panels. This means you don't have an extra manufacturer's warranty at Coolblue Energy. We also offer a standard installation warranty of 10 years.

Lastly, SGZE helps you when you and the installer are having problems. You can then submit a written request. You need a lot of forms for this, like a filled-out complaint form, purchase agreement, order confirmation, and warranty agreements. At Coolblue Energy, we do anything for a smile and would rather help you directly. We can look at a solution together. You don't have to hand in any forms for this.
