• Guaranteed hours. You always get paid for the hours stated in your contract.
• A wage of € 19.20 per hour worked. You get a base hourly wage of € 15.93 plus a € 2.00 allowance and 8% holiday allowance. Holiday allowance is paid annually in May.
• € 2.50 net lunch allowance per working day and up to € 500 discount at Coolblue.
• 26 days of holiday based on a 36-hour contract. As long as you promise to come back.

• A flying start with a 7-month contract, with the prospect of a permanent contract.
• Training to keep developing yourself and grow. For example, into an installer or team leader.

• You’ve had a manual driving licence for at least 2 years and have no penalty points. 
• You have a good command of English, because our customers love having a chat.
• You don’t mind working a weekend day now and then.
• You can provide a Certificate of Conduct, which we’ll reimburse.

You work according to this schedule:

• Fixed schedule. Want to know in advance when you’ll work? Choose your fixed schedule together with our planner. With this schedule, you work at least 2 weekend days every 4 weeks. You can always work more. Do you work at least 4 days? Then you work 4 or more afternoon shifts every 4 weeks.
• Share your availability. Does your schedule look different every week? Then choose to share your availability weekly. You work at least 1 weekend day per week.
• Want to work more or swap a day? You can easily arrange this in our app.
