Product Owner.

Together with your team, you build a well-functioning product for users. For example, this could be for customers, for a part of the customer journey, or for fellow Coolblue colleagues who work with an internal tool. In a Scrum team, you work with Analysts, Developers, Customer Journey Specialists, and other Product Owners to come up with ideas to improve your product. You prioritize these ideas and break them down into manageable pieces together with your team. You also present your vision and roadmap for the upcoming quarters to the management team. We currently have multiple Product Owner vacancies open across different domains: (parts of) the customer journey, data products, tooling for fellow Coolblue colleagues, and our infrastructure. Together, we will look at which role suits you best.

• Developing a clear product vision.
• Setting priorities, creating a roadmap, and executing it step by step.
• Understanding the value of epics and user stories, and explaining this to your team.
• Coming up with solutions for complex problems.
• Testing assumptions and making evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborating with different teams to achieve the best results for your domain.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Product Owner for multiple teams in an agile work environment.
• Strong in making data-driven decisions.
• Passionate about working with smart technology.
• Strong social skills.
• Good at setting boundaries and determining priorities.
• Used to independently taking ownership of epics and projects and seeing them through to completion.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
