As a Team Lead C#, you put a smile on our customers’ faces by building smart software that really works. You’re a sparring partner, coach, and code reviewer all in one. You join refinements, think along about architecture, and conduct development talks. You work closely with other Team Leads and your Development Manager. And in the meantime, you make sure your team runs smoothly and enjoys their work. This is how you make software development a little better every day.

Coaching developers in their personal growth and technical skills during 1-on-1s.
Reviewing code and encouraging craftsmanship within the team.
Building software together that truly helps customers, using TDD and design patterns.
Leading in a positive way and giving new team members a warm welcome.
Solving problems without endless discussions, just getting things done.
Celebrating successes together during demo presentations or team drinks.

You recognize yourself in the following

More than 6 years of experience with C# and broad knowledge of both back end and front end.
Experience as a leader in a Scrum/Agile environment.
Skilled at giving feedback and coaching colleagues.
Focus on balancing technical quality and business value.
Familiar with data stores such as Oracle and AWS in international teams.
