How does Free Washing between 12:00 and 15:00 work?

You have an energy contract with Coolblue Energy and you have the right Beko washing machine. You gave permission in the Coolblue App to wash for free. This means that you always pay € 0 in energy costs between 12:00 and 15:00. All of this while you do laundry. For example, do you put your laundry in at 13:30 and does it take 3 hours? It's € 0 until 15:00, and then you pay the hourly rate that applies at that time for the remaining cycle duration.

Why is the graph empty?

The graph is empty if you don't have a free washing moment right now. As soon as your washing machine runs during a free moment, you can see the consumption appear in the graph.

What if the hourly rate is negative between 12:00 and 15:00?

If the hourly price is lower than € 0, that hourly rate applies. This means that it's free, but it also means that you even earn a little something by doing laundry.
