How do I get money back with Coolblue Energy?
Step 1: Go to the Coolblue Energy offer. fill out your information, and choose which offer suits you best.
Step 2: After your registration, you'll receive a confirmation of your agreement within 1 working day. After the 14-day return window, we'll cancel the energy contract with your old energy supplier.
**Step 3:**You'll receive an email about the first payment via iDEAL.
Step 4: We'll read your meter readings or request them from you.
Step 5: The switch was successful, we'll supply your energy!
Step 6: Within a month after the start of your energy supply, we'll transfer the amount to your bank account.

What are the requirements?
This promotion only applies to customers that live in the Netherlands. The minimum order amount is € 250 and it's valid on 1 product.
I have district heating, can I also contact you?
Yes, but only for your energy. We don't manage district heating.
