Did you receive a Coolblue gift card with 19 digits? Use the balance checker to see the value of your gift card. Did you receive a gift card code with 12 characters and want to know the value? Enter your gift card on the payment method page in the checkout.
Can I redeem a VVV gift card at Coolblue?
Before you can use your VVV gift card at Coolblue, you need to convert it into a Coolblue gift card. Follow the steps on the VVV Cadeaukaarten website.
What's the expiration date of my Coolblue gift card?
Gift cards with 19 digits (starting with 6064) are valid for 5 years from the day they were purchased. Do you have a gift card with 12 characters? These gift cards are valid for 3 years. You can find the exact expiration date on the gift card itself or in the email with your personal gift card code.
With which gift cards can I pay?
You can pay online and in our stores with: - Coolblue gift cards - Gift cards from DE Cadeaukaart - VVV gift card: after you exchange it on the website of VVV for a Coolblue gift card.
Can I return a product that was bought with a gift card?
Yes. We won't refund the money back to the gift card, but we'll put it in your account as shop credit. You can't return the gift card itself.
