Absolutely. Indicate that you want to pick up your package at a PostNL point during checkout. After paying for your order online, you can pick it up the following work day from 16:00. Your order will be ready for you until 14 days after the indicated pickup date.
You can't pick up unreleased pre-orders at a PostNL point. This also applies to large appliances like white goods or larger TVs. We'll notify you in your shopping cart, of course.
Yes, that's an option for __ large products__, such as washing machines, dryers, fridges, freezers, televisions, trampolines, and large fitness equipment. You can choose a 4-hour time slot when you order. That way, you don't have to stay home all day. In your shopping cart, you can see which time slots are available.
For all other products, you can choose evening delivery between 18:00 and 22:00.
Yes, if you order on working days and select Coolblue VandaagNog. If you order before 12:00, you'll receive your order between 18:00 and 23:00 that day. You'll have to pay € 4.95 for this service.
Coolblue VandaagNog® doesn't apply to the Wadden Islands and our largest products, such as washing machines and dryers. If delivery by appointment isn't available, you'll see a clear indication in your shopping cart.
Not home during the day? During checkout, you can choose free evening delivery between 18:00 and 22:00. Select "Evening delivery" in your shopping cart. If you order before 23:59, your order can be delivered the next evening on working days. If evening delivery isn't available, it'll be indicated in the shopping cart.
We also deliver much larger products, such as a washing machine, in the evening, except on Sundays. When ordering your product, choose the paid evening time slot on the day that suits you best. We'll deliver your order between 17:00 and 22:00.

__ Did you order a new device? __ You can often give your device to the delivery drivers to get it recycled in an environmentally-friendly way. Make sure it's not bigger than your new device and that you've prepared your product for the delivery driver. Is your order being delivered by PostNL Please hand in your old product at a PostNL pickup point or give it to the delivery driver. If you give it to the delivery person, prepare your old product well with a PostNL shipping label. We explain how this works on this page.
Didn't order a new device? You can recycle your old device in the following ways:
Yes. We keep 1.5 meters away and our delivery drivers sign for delivery themselves.
If you ordered a small package, the delivery driver will put the package in front of the door as soon as you open it.
We'll deliver your large products to just over the threshold of your home. We'll only take your old product with you when it's ready at the threshold.

Yes. If the product is in stock, you can pick it up today in one of our stores. In your shopping cart, you can indicate where you want to pick up your order. Is the product of your choice not in stock in the store? You can reserve it and pick it up the next day. You don't have to pay until you pick up your order.
You can't pick up large products in our store. On the product page, you can see if pick up is possible in your nearest store.
Yes, our promise still is 'ordered today, delivered tomorrow'.
If you order today before 23:59, your package will be delivered for free tomorrow. Even on Sundays. If you choose a different day or evening delivery, delivery is still free.
