With turbo fan oven, there's a heating element around the fan. As a result, the warm air spreads faster and more evenly. This makes these ovens suitable for baking at multiple rack levels.

With the steam function, you can prepare your meal with steam injections. That way, you can steam vegetables without them losing their flavor, vitamins, and texture. With a partial steam function, your bake-off bread becomes extra crispy. A full-fledged steam function only uses steam.
