Cleaning an oven probably isn't your favorite thing to do. Luckily, the oven can help you out with a cleaning system. One of these systems is catalysis. A catalytic oven has 1 or multiple catalytic walls. These walls are grease absorbing and collect food rests and dirt while baking. if the oven reaches a temperature of 200°C or higher, these rests are burned.
