The conditions
- You've been registered with the KVK (the Netherlands), KBO (Belgium), or HRB (Germany) for at least 1 year.
- You have a business email address, so not a Gmail or Hotmail address.
- You have a working website that suits your organization.

What if your employee leaves?
You can choose whether your employees get to keep the device, or if they have to return it to you. Do you get the old devices? You probably can't use those devices anymore. With the Coolblue trade-in service, you can sell us your old hardware. We'll ensure an ISO-certified data wipe and the products will be processed in an environmentally-friendly way.
