What do you do in case of damage?
Doesn't your product work like it should anymore? Register it for repairs. Fill out the return form via My Coolblue, hand in your product at the store, or contact our customer service. Depending on the type of product and the damage, we send the product for repairs or a technician will visit you. After registration, you'll hear from us where the repair will take place.
Damage processing via Coolblue
Can the product be repaired? You'll receive a repaired product back. If that's not possible, you'll receive CoolblueCredit worth the maximum purchase price. Some brands exchange the product. In that case, you'll receive a new product instead of a repaired one.
Damage processing at your house
Will the product be repaired at your house? A technician will contact you to make an appointment within 48 hours. We'll keep you updated about the repair.
What do you do in case of theft?
File a police report within 48 hours after the theft. After that, send an email to verzekeringen@coolblue.nl with the report. We'll contact the insurer and take care of it. You'll receive CoolblueCredit from us to buy a new product.
