The Bastard VX Large
Improved quality
This The Bastard VX Large is the improved version of The Bastard Large. The new shape of the lid provides more space on the grill surface. This allows you to prepare larger dishes. The side tables are made of bamboo and have a renewed stop hinge, so the tables don't touch the ceramics. The new underframe is made of heavy steel, which means the barbecue stands more firmly. Thanks to the larger wheels, the VX Large is easier to move around than the regular The Bastard Large.
Better temperature control
In addition to the quality, the temperature control is also improved. There's a double sliding door at the bottom of the barbecue, which you can easily open and close. The top ventilation is improved as well. You can easily rotate this 180 degrees, to adjust the airflow precisely. You can read the temperature on the renewed black thermometer.
Most options with the The Bastard Large
The Bastard Large isn't only larger than the Medium kamado barbecue, you also have the most expansion possibilities. You can use a special rotisserie basket to prepare vegetables or fries, for example. You prepare skewers with vegetables, fish, or meat on the skewer spit for the Large barbecue. There are also various pans available for the Large, which allow you to make pastas, paella, and wok dishes.
